At Elevation Addict, we accept returns within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

The item must be in new condition, exactly as it was delivered.
It must include all original accessories.
It must retain the original packaging, clean and undamaged.
The item must not have been modified, washed, or used.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact page with your order number and the reason for the return.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for packages lost during the return process; we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds: Once the item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
